Architecture

This project combines warehouse functions and company headquarters within a bold, industrial architectural identity. Organized across two levels, the underground floor is dedicated to warehouse use, while the ground floor brings together operational spaces, headquarters, and a large central showroom. This showroom acts as the core of the project, creating a strong connection between the company’s working environment and its public image. With its dynamic form and robust material expression, the building reflects the energy of industrial production while presenting a clear and contemporary presence. The result is a functional and expressive workplace that integrates storage, management, and display into one cohesive design.

Plans

The building is carved open to catch sunlight

without exposing the interior to road noise.

Sun & Privacy

Instead of large south-facing windows, light enters

from above through a sculpted gap in the form.

Underground

The private, quiet spaces — bedrooms —

are tucked underground, naturally shielded

from noise and heat.

Natural Airflow

The cut between the volumes acts as a natural ventilation shaft,

keeping the home cool without mechanical systems.

Zoning / Two Volumes

A living area and a dining space sit as two

separate boxes, connected by a bridge.
