The K-Motors Exhibition Hall is a context-sensitive project along Kakheti Highway. Set on a narrow plot, it responds to the strong architectural character of the area, including the nearby Meama headquarters and the National Bank Cash Center.Rather than competing with these buildings, the design remains restrained. Only the entrance is visible from the street, while the main exhibition volume is integrated into the landscape beneath a grass-covered surface. This approach preserves the character of the corridor and gives the project a quiet, contemporary identity.

The main design principle is respect for the
existing architectural dominant and avoidance
of unnecessary visual competition with
neighboring buildings.

The site is located along Kakheti Highway,
within an area shaped by architecturally
strong neighboring buildings and a clearly
defined urban character.

The plot has a narrow and limited buildable
geometry, which reduces the opportunity
for a large freestanding volume and calls
for a more integrated design response.

Steep topography strongly shapes the
building form and levels.

The design balances monumentality
and restraint through simple geometry,
exposed concrete edges, and a continuous
green roof surface.

These walls define the entrance
sequence and structure the relationship
between landscape and building.

The main architectural gesture is a recessed
entrance cut into a grass-covered landform,
creating a clear but understated public
presence.

Ground floor

A defined entry sequence is carved into
the landscaped mass and forms the main
public face of the building.
